On May 14, 2026, FRAYEO hosted the New Americans Job Fair at the Karmel Mall 4th Floor Food Court in Minneapolis. Under the theme “From Arrival to Opportunity,” the event connected New American job seekers directly with employers.
We were proud to welcome the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and TPI Hospitality, who came to Karmel Mall to meet candidates and share career opportunities.
Attendees received on-site help with job applications and resumes, with interpreters available in Spanish and Somali.
Thank you to our employer partners and everyone who joined us. Employers interested in future job fairs can contact us at shaqodoon@frayeo.org or 612-213-1065.
