FRAYEO, in partnership with ALIGHT, is proud to announce the New Americans Job Fair on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the historic Sabathani Community Center, 310 East 38th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55409.
This year’s theme, From Arrival to Opportunity, creates a pathway to opportunities for New Americans while strengthening our local workforce. The job fair is designed to empower New Americans by providing direct access to local employers who value diverse talent and a dedicated workforce.
For Job Seekers
- Direct Access: Meet recruiters from top industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Hospitality
- On-Site Support: Get help with job applications, interview coaching, and professional introductions
- Language Support: On-site interpreters available in Spanish and Somali
- Bring: Your work history and multiple copies of your resume for resume help
Admission is free for all attendees. Job seekers are encouraged to arrive early.
For Employers

Sabathani Community Center is conveniently located on the 23 bus line, and is close to the 11, 5, and 18 lines. The center offers a free parking lot and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restrooms.
